A few friends stayed longer than expected, slowed down together, cooked their own meals, walked to rivers, picked fruit, and lived without the constant weight of modern life.
Somewhere in that stillness, something shifted.
We remembered what it feels like to be present, to feel light, to feel ourselves again. That experience became Swakaash - a slow living movement designed to help more humans pause, breathe, and reconnect.
