Every day starts the same way.

You wake up and your mind is already running - emails, meetings, tasks, expectations. You move through the day on autopilot, and by night, your body is tired but your mind refuses to slow down.

Somewhere along the way, you lose touch with yourself.
Your body stays on high alert, reacting to deadlines the same way it reacts to danger. Breathing becomes shallow. Rest gets postponed. Stress becomes normal.

And most of the time, we don't stop until something forces us to. Our health, our relationships, or just the feeling of having nothing left to give.


Swakaash is a reminder to pause before you reach that point. To slow down before life makes you.

ABOUT US

Born in the mountains.
Built for humans.

Swakaash began in the mountains - not as a plan, but as a pause.
A few friends stayed longer than expected, slowed down together, cooked their own meals, walked to rivers, picked fruit, and lived without the constant weight of modern life.

Somewhere in that stillness, something shifted.
We remembered what it feels like to be present, to feel light, to feel ourselves again. That experience became Swakaash - a slow living movement designed to help more humans pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Slowcation

(5 Days · Deep Pause)

01

Five days in the mountains, by rivers, or inside forests. A chance to step away from your regular rhythm and spend time with yourself, nature, and a small group of people. Without any packed schedules, but with a space to slow down and feel present again.

Slow Weekend

(2 Days · Gentle Reset)

A weekend version of our longer slowcations. Two or three days near major cities, designed for people who want a break but can't take a full week off. Same intention, shorter format.

12 hours of slowing down without leaving your city. Morning to evening, you'll experience what Swakaash is about: mindful movement, reflection, nature time, and connection. Think of it as a sample of the slowcation experience, condensed into one day.

We work with companies and communities to bring slowness into workspaces. These programs help teams step back from constant urgency, reconnect with why their work matters, and remember that sustainable pace creates better outcomes than endless rush.

Once a week, we create a two-hour online space for people to pause mid-week. These sessions help you step back from the noise of Monday to Friday, reconnect with how your body and mind actually feel, and remember that rest doesn't have to wait until the weekend.
